SOLUTION · SOLAR INDUSTRIAL CIRCULATION PUMP

Keep circulation stable while maximizing on-site solar

For long-running cooling-water, chilled-water, and process loops: use solar to reduce grid purchases and grid support to hold the target condition. After a grid outage, available daylight can continue circulation and buy time to remove residual heat.

INDEPENDENT GRID FALLBACK

02

If the solar branch fails, the grid remains an independent fallback

Circulation pumps are critical to equipment cooling loops. The solar branch remains clearly separated from the original grid input; if protection isolates the solar branch, the grid can keep driving the pump through the original supply path.

The solar branch is visibly disconnected at the isolator while an independent grid path continues driving the industrial circulation pump and water flow remains visible

VOLTAGE RANGE · PROJECT FIT

03

220V and 380V options cover different power ranges

Industrial circulation pumps vary widely in voltage, power, and drive platform. 220V and 380V configurations match different equipment scales and operating environments, making project selection clearer.

DAYLIGHT OUTAGE RESILIENCE

04

When the grid stops, available sunlight can keep water circulating

After a sudden grid outage, a compatible variable-speed pump can adjust speed and flow to available solar power once the minimum operating threshold is met, carrying away residual heat and buying time for a safe shutdown or process response.

OPERATING MODES · CIRCULATION

Hold the target condition normally; follow available solar during outages

The control objective changes by state: stabilize process circulation while the grid is available, then use daytime solar within safe limits to gain residual-heat removal time after an outage.

Grid available

Solar first, real-time grid support

The pump operates at the set condition; the solar share depends on available power.

  • Prioritize target flow, head, or control parameters
  • Let the grid fill power gaps as solar output changes
  • Isolate a faulty solar branch as designed
Daytime outage

Follow sunlight to gain time for a safe response

Once sunlight meets the minimum operating threshold, a compatible variable-speed pump adjusts speed and flow to available solar power.

  • Not equivalent to rated flow or constant-pressure operation
  • Confirm minimum safe speed and equipment interlocks
  • Stop the drive when sunlight is absent or below threshold
